What is the Yoga Vida Bikram Challenge?
Eight weeks of body-shaping, toxin-dumping, form-slimming, muscle-loosening, eye-whitening, heart-healing, strength-building, mind-calming movement. It's committing to a short-term, intensive program to reshape your body, refocus your mind and improve your health on every level. Five days a week, eight weeks in a row.

Why would I want to do that?
The creator of this style of Hatha yoga has spent over 30 years watching his students transform themselves through consistent participation in Bikram classes. Doing it steadily, 5 days a week for 8 weeks, creates the most significant changes quickly. After than, you can drop back to two or three times a week to maintain your new healthy body.
